actors, strategies, and good practices across Europe

The EU Agency ENISA, (European Network and Information Security Agency) launches comprehensive study:
European countries are highly varied in how prepared they are for dealing with the cybercrime, attacks and network resilience. This is a key finding of an updated and extended 2nd edition of ‘Country Reports’, published today. The Reports provide a comprehensive 750 pages-plus overview of the status of Network and Information Security [NIS] in 30 European Countries, including identification of stakeholders and trends.

The Executive Director of ENISA, Dr Udo Helmbrecht comments:

"The media often report information security incidents. But individuals, organisations and policy makers often don’t know how to prevent incidents, or where to turn to when things go wrong. We hope it will also help citizens and organisations in Europe understand what to do when they’re faced with problems."
