"Business IT Südamerika" 2012 in Porto Alegre, Brasilien: TeleTrusT präsentiert "IT Security made in Germany"

Berlin, 02.05.2012 – Zielmarkt Brasilien interessant für IT-Sicherheitstechnik aus Deutschland: Nach der erfolgreichen Premiere der "Business IT Südamerika" (BITS) 2011 mit über 200 Ausstellern aus 20 Ländern und rund 11.000 Besuchern geht diese südamerikanische Ausgabe der CeBIT vom 15. - 17.05.2012 in Porto Alegre in ihre zweite Runde.

Insbesondere mit Hinblick auf die FIFA Fußball-WM 2014 in Brasilien und die Olympischen Spiele 2016 in Rio de Janeiro bieten sich Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Sicherheitstechnik sehr gute Chancen, um sich im investitionsfreundlichen brasilianischen Markt strategisch zu positionieren.

Der Bundesverband IT-Sicherheit e.V. (TeleTrusT) präsentiert auf der BITS in einer vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie (BMWi) und vom Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss der deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (AUMA) geförderten deutschen Gemeinschaftsausstellung den Gemeinschaftsstand "IT Security Made in Germany". Beteiligte sind unter anderem Avira, itWatch, secunet und Secusmart.

Neben dem Gemeinschaftsauftritt sind verschiedene Begegnungen mit brasilianischen Experten geplant, u.a. eine Abendveranstaltung mit Vertretern deutscher IT-Sicherheitsunternehmen und brasilianischen Gästen.

Mit dieser Art Gemeinschaftspräsentation verfolgt TeleTrusT das Anliegen, mit Partnern aus Industrie, Forschung und Verwaltung vertrauenswürdige IT-Sicherheits-Produkte und -Dienstleistungen unter der TeleTrusT-Marke "IT Security made in Germany" vorzustellen.

Berlin, 2012-05-02  - Brazil an attractive target market for IT security from Germany: Following the successful debut of "Business IT South America" (BITS) in 2011 with over 200 exhibitors from 20 countries and around 11,000 visitors, this South American equivalent of CeBIT will be held for the second time from May 15–17, 2012 in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

This show for the burgeoning market in Brazil and Latin America focuses on the following main topics:

• Banking and finance
• Public sector

Especially in the run-up to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil and the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, the opportunities for IT security companies to gain a strategic foothold on the investment-friendly Brazilian market are excellent.

TeleTrusT - IT Security Association Germany, will present a joint stand at BITS in connection with the German Pavilion supported by the BMWi German Ministry of Economics and Technology and AUMA, the central organization of the German trade fair sector. Those appearing at the joint stand include Avira, itWatch, secunet and Secusmart.

In addition to the joint display, various meetings are planned with Brazilian experts, including an evening reception attended by representatives of German IT security companies and Brazilian guests.

By staging joint presentations of this type, TeleTrusT is working together with partners from industry, research and administration to display trustworthy IT security products and services under the TeleTrusT hallmark "IT Security made in Germany".
